Sitearound has two levels: Corporate and Project. The Project level allows users access to individual projects while the Corporate level allows leaders to access multiple projects and create new ones as well.
Welcome to a new era of construction management. Sitearound possesses all the essential construction management tools needed for your construction projects.
Sitearound’s account has two main levels: Corporate level and Project level. The project level is where you can implement workflows and collaborate with your project team for each project.
On the corporate level, you can do everything at the project level as well as being able to access all your projects within the account and managing your users. This includes setting up permission templates to control user access to different tools on Sitearound.
Directory Overview
1. To view and manage users and companies on your Sitearound account, click “Directory” on the side menu.
2. Users can be viewed either under the “Users” or “Company” category at the top of the screen.
Create New Users
1. To create new users, click on “Directory” on the side menu.
2. Then, click on “Create User” on the top right-hand corner.
3. Next, enter the user’s details.
4. When complete, click “Create” on the top right-hand corner.
Edit Users
1. To edit a user, click “Directory” on the side menu.
2. Then, click on the vertical ellipsis on the right-hand side of each user.
3. When complete, click “Save” on the top right-hand corner of your screen.
Inactive Users
1. To make a user inactive, click “Directory” on the side menu.
2. Click on the slash or trash icon to delete the user.
3. Confirm the deletion.
Create Users
1. To create a project, click “Create Project” on the side menu.
2. Next, fill out your project details.
3. Fields with an asterisk are mandatory such as “Value” and “Project Type.”
4. When complete, click “Create” on the top right-hand corner of your screen.
Create Disciplines
1. To create a discipline, click “Discipline” on the side menu.
2. Then, click “Create Discipline” on the top right-hand corner of your screen.
3. When complete, click “Create” on the top right-hand corner of your screen.
View and Edit Disciplines
View and Edit
1. To view disciplines, click “Discipline” on the side menu.
2. Then, you will be able to view a full list of disciplines and its details.
3. To edit a discipline, click on the vertical ellipsis on the right-hand side of each discipline.
4. Click “Save” after making any changes.
Delete
1. To delete a discipline, simply click on the trash icon to the right-hand side of a discipline.
Permission Overview
To access Sitearound’s Permission feature, click “Permission” on the side menu.
Observe that there are 4 standards by default already set up: Manager, General, None, and View Only.
Only Administrators can edit the permissions.
CREATE PERMISSION
1. To create a permission, click “Permission” on the side menu.
2. Then, click “Create Template” on the top right-hand corner of your screen.
3. Customize the permission template to your needs.
4. When complete, click “Create” to save your permission template.
VIEW AND EDIT PERMISSION
1. To view and edit permissions, click “Permission” on the side menu.
All permission templates will then be displayed for viewing.
2. To edit a permission template, click on the vertical ellipsis on the right-hand side of each permission template.
3. Edit the details you desire.
4. When complete, click “Save” on the top right-hand corner of your screen.
